WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

Within Canada (selected provinces excluded) orders over $75.00 ship for free. Canada shipping standard $5.00 flat rate. U.S shipping standard $15.00 flat rate. Within U.S orders over $100.00 ship for free. No international shipping at the moment.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are unsatisfied with the product then returns and exchanges are allowed 14 days after arrival of product. This only applies to unused and original packaged products due to hygiene reasons.

WHAT IS THE QUALITY?

All jewelry are sterling silver 925, tarnish free, and 14-18k gold plated. Please read description, there may be a few products that are tarnish free but non sterling silver. A lower price is reflected on those specific products that are made of an alternate metal.

DAMAGE OR BROKEN PRODUCT

We examine each product prior to shipment. If your product is damaged or broken, please email us directly and attach a photo of the piece. Our customer service team will handle each inquiry and respond within 24 hours.

WHAT ACTIVITIES ARE THESE JEWELRY SUITED FOR?

You can remain active and if you forget to take your jewelry off if you were to shower it remains close to original condition. The jewelry is tarnish free allowing it to continue a long lasting appearance.
